ALYSHA KOBYLINSKI
Snapping photos is my creative outlet.
After borrowing the family digital camera for a school trip when I was 14, I was hooked. I had a few shots I loved so much that I had framed for my bedroom wall. Two years later I got my hands on my very own refurbished-boxing day-saved up my dogsitting money-DSLR. With a very fast prime lens lent to me by my neighbour, I began to teach myself how to get the shots I wanted through a lot of trial and error.
My parents were great about documenting my family’s special (and ordinary) occasions growing up, and have always expressed how much they enjoy looking the photos their parents took.
This website is a little COVID-lockdown project of mine, to document and curate my favourite shots.
Enjoy!
